We use a third-party visitor-identification service that helps us understand which companies and professionals visit our site. The following disclosure is provided by that service and applies to our use of it:
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and conduct conversations about potential search engagements;
- Understand who is interested in our work so we can reach out where it's relevant;

Phone and Text Messages
When you share your phone number with us, or exchange numbers with us during a search or engagement, we use it to call and text you about your inquiry, interview and search coordination, scheduling, and updates while we are working together. We use Ringover, a telephony and messaging provider, to place and receive those calls and messages on our behalf.
Our text messages are conversational and service related. We do not send marketing text campaigns. Message frequency varies with the work in progress, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect email or calls.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited ways below:
- Service providers we rely on to operate our business — including our analytics, visitor-identification, hosting, and email providers — receive information necessary to perform their services for us, under contractual obligations to protect it.
- Telephony and messaging — we use Ringover to place and receive calls and text messages on our behalf. We do not share SMS opt-in or consent information with any third party.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers — if Aivara is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Your Choices and Rights
Opt Out of Tracking and Marketing
You can opt out of the visitor-identification service described above at any time by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. To stop receiving any direct outreach from us, reply to the message or email hello@aivara.ai with "unsubscribe" and we will remove you. To stop text messages from us, reply STOP to any message.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, control site permissions, and signal a global privacy preference (such as Global Privacy Control). We honor opt-out signals where applicable.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information, or to opt out of certain processing activities. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry correspondence is typically retained for the duration of an active relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter.
Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site or other reasonable means.
